Naty brings over 10 years of cheerleading experience and a passion for connecting with people. She has coached school, club, and national teams—earning multiple first-place titles—and since 2018 has led the program at Saint Benedict School. She also serves as Assistant Coach for Costa Rica’s National Team as they prepare for the 2025–2026 ICU Worlds.

In addition to her coaching success, Naty specializes in customer and client relations. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, she possesses a strong background in customer service and sales, with experience leading teams of up to 50 people and coordinating large-scale events.  She possesses skills in leadership, communication, and care, which enable her to support clients and teams alike.
