Heather Henderson is the Chief Operating Officer for New Level Music. She will be overseeing the company’s operations, client and producer relations, and helping drive initiatives. Her experience and leadership will develop business solutions, provide outstanding client service, and drive profitable revenue growth.

Before joining the New Level Music team, Heather was at Florida Atlantic University since 2004. For the past three years, she worked with Institutional Advancement to support venture companies at FAU Tech Runway by working with philanthropists and top corporations to help support programmatic needs. Heather spent most of her time in athletics at FAU.  She joined the football staff in November of 2012 with the primary focus on assisting with on-campus recruiting. In February 2013, Heather began assuming more duties following the compilation of the best signing class in the program’s history. She was named the director of football operations(DFO) in April of 2013. As DFO, Heather was the first female in Division IA to take on this role. Heather worked under three different coaching staffs led by Lane Kiffin, Charlie Partridge, and Carl Pelini.

Prior to her time with football, Henderson served as FAU’s head cheer coach, which she held from 2004-to 12. She guided FAU to several top-20 national finishes, including a No. 1 finish in the 2013 Cheer Limited National Tournament in the Large Co-Ed division.
